炉前冷滚筒传送带原料跟踪

测量系统概述：

测量设备从冷滚筒传送带上传送的扁钢坯获取数据。设备跟踪传送带上的扁钢坯直到它被送入5个炉中的一个，一共有16个带保护壳内的激光轮廓仪被安装在滚筒传送带旁边。整个系统延伸到长达130米的滚筒传送带周围。
激光轮廓仪将测量值通过RS422接口以500k波特率的速度传送到测量PC。PC上的应用程序完成以下工作：

读入测量点和分段点
建立扁钢坯清单，每条扁钢坯具有编号、头和尾部坐标
管理障碍报告
与原料耗费计划系统通过TCP/IP通讯

整个设备被安装在有顶盖的而侧边开口的架下。恒温控制加热器保证设备在低温情况下亦可正常工作。
